how will I contact with the seller after the booking?

  • The Admin will create a Viber Chat Group for easy correspondence during the job.
  • You can use “Questions & Answers” on the bottom of the Seller’s profile.
  • ALL CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS SHOULD BE ONLY AND ONLY ON THE  WEBSITE AND VIBER CHAT, SUCH AN ADMINISTRATOR MAY CONTROL THE COMMUNICATION AND SECURITY IN REQUESTING THE SERVICE.

Can I cancel the booking?

  • YES, you have to check SUPPORT – “Booking Cancellation
    Only 1 day after the booking the Client is able to cancel it.

Can I use Viber Contact for help?

  • YES, the admin will answer all of your questions.
  • Check our Contacts

If I don’t want to use Viber Chat?

  • Each Seller and Client in FnB Service have to use Viber Chat, these are the Term and Conditions.

Can I keep a track of the seller booking?

  • There is a calendar in which each client can keep track of when and for what event the seller was booked.
    This makes it possible to request and pay for services a week / month in advance.

Why should I use FnB Service and hire sellers?

  • There are access to an unlimited number of differently qualified Sellers.
  • You only hire a Seller when you need it.
  • You have a choice of different categories of the Sellers – Waiter, Bartender, Chef, Hostess, Housekeeper, Security.
  • You only pay for a service and do not support a large number of unnecessary staff.
  • Selection of qualified Sellers for a specific service.

How the money is returned to the client?

  • Check SUPPORT – “Booking Cancellation
  • Only 1 day after the booking the Client is able to cancel it.
  • There is a FEE about “cancellation” – FnB Service will charge the PayPal transaction FEE.
  • When the seller does not come to perform the service.

    (in that case the account of the Seller will deleted)

When no money is returned to the Client?

When the service is done but the Client is not satisfied with the quality.

Poor service – The client is required to leave a negative comment or review in the Seller’s profile.

In the case of several complaints against the Seller, the Admin is entitled to disable Sellers’s account.

How can I post A JOB and for what?

  • Only Registered as Clients can post a job.
  • Quick, easy and with a few clicks, you can create the desired job for a waiter, bartender, chef, hostess, housekeeper, security, location and type of service.
  • Classifieds may only be published in the field of catering and hospitality (restaurants, hotels, bars, clubs).

How can I order a Seller?

  • You have to sign up as a Client and create PayPal Account.

For SELLERS

Paypal invoice?

  • When the money comes to your PayPal, you have to send back an Invoice.

Can I use Viber Contact for help?

  • The Client can write something to you before or after the booking. You have to check your personal profile at least one time of the day.
    It’s very important for developing your account, you will be a good seller if you answer often of the client”s questions.
  • Easy way to discuss with a Client for a job.
  • FnB Service will not send you a notification about these questions (no e-mails, no notifications), you will see only when you go down of your profile as a quest.

How I will contact with the client after acceptation of the booking?

  • The Admin will create a Viber Chat Group for easy correspondence during the job.

Can I cancel the booking?

  • YES, after the cancellation of the booking, you have to give a reason for that (the same day of the book):

Do I have to add my social media?

  • No, no need to add your personal social media.

Do I have to create a PayPal account?

  • Yes, you will take the money for your services on PayPal Account.
  • This is the only way to get money.

Do I need to use my Viber telephone number?

  • YES, it is very important to use your VIBER as the main part of your conversation with the Administrator and Client.
  • All details and questions can add on the VIBER chat, easy and free way to organize the Job.

Can I add more than one category?

  • When signing up you have to choose one of the main categories,  but in your profile setting, you can add more than one subcategories.
  • The Client can find you by choosing a certain category.

Do I need to use my VIBER telephone number?

  • YES, it is very important to use your VIBER as the main part of your conversation with the Administrator and Clients.
  • All details and questions can add on the VIBER chat, easy and free way to organize the Job.

FOR HOW MANY DAYS DO I NEED TO CREATE A PROFILE?

  • Until 3 days after registration
  • FnB Service has RIGHT TO BLOCK THE SELLER’S REGISTRATION IF UNTIL 3 DAYS DOES NOT START DETERMINING AN ACCOUNT AFTER REGISTRATION.
  • RETURNING A PROFILE IS ONLY AND ONLY THROUGH CONTACT WITH THE THE ADMINISTRATORS.

When does the seller’s profile will be deleted by the admin?

  • Failure to appear at the place of work and perform the requested service.
    (the account is removed immediately from www.fnbservice.events ).

What are the conditions for seller refusal?

  • After each cancellation of the booking, you have to give a reason for that.
    Here: “Booking Cancellation

    – 3 days before the event ( you have 3 times and the profile will be DELETE)
    – 2 days before the event ( you have 2 times and the profile will be DELETE)
    – 1 day before the event ( you have 1 time and the profile will be DELETE)

Why I have to register as a seller?

  • Independence.
  • Select the number of hours to work.
  • Working hours.
  • Selecting cities for work.

How can I become better known seller than others?

  • High Rating, Number of Orders, Positive Reviews and Comments.
  • Customer comments after each completed service.
  • The credibility of the profile information.
  • Without request refusal.
  • Offering more services and desired cities for work.

How can I apply for a job?

  • You have to sign up as a seller.
  • You have to create a Service at the same price for the job.
  • The client will book your service for that job.

Can I only offer hourly services or others too?

  • You can offer hourly services on a particular day.
  • You can offer a weekly, monthly or seasonal service by creating one in your account.
  • You can create in the services section such as payment for: transport, food, accommodation, clothing and more.

What services can I offer?

  • You can sign up as a Bartender, Waiter, Chef, Hostess, Housekeeper, Security
  • You can offer services for restaurants, hotels, bars, weddings, cocktails, private parties.
  • Services: per hour, per month, per event, per week, for transport, for accommodation.

Where will I get my money?

  • The Admin will send you the money when the job is done.
  • When the money comes to your PayPal Account, you have to send back an Invoice to admin.

When will I receive the money?

  • 24 hours after the job is done.
