Quotations:

  1. A client sends a request a Quote to a sellerfirst: you will receive an e-mail with all details about the Request (always check your “Spam Box”) 
    second: you will receive a notification on your FnB Service profile. Ability to review the Request and Reply it.
  2. Quotation Reply – reply to a quote with your price offer and some details about the order.

  


Jobs:

  1. Invite for a job – a client will send an invitation for a job to a seller.
    A seller will receive an e-mail for a new job. If the seller accepts the job the next step is to create a service with the price of the job.
    The client will be able to book that service with the price of the job.

  

 

Q&A “Ask Questions”:

  1. Ask questions – the client is able to ask you questions and you have to check your profile every day.
    FnB Service will not send you a notification about these questions (no e-mails, no notifications)
  2. Get Answers – you are able to answer each question.

Where will I get "Request a Quote"?

  • E-mail – all details about the quote.
  • FnB Service profile notification – you can check-in section “Quotation”.
  • Reply – with the different price offer or write the same price.

If I want to take a job, what can I do?

  • You have to create a Service at the same price for the job.
  • The client will book your service for that job.

Ask Questions / Get Answers ?

  • The Client can write something to you before or after the booking. You have to check your personal profile at least one time of the day.
    It’s very important for developing your account, you will be a good seller if you answer often of the client”s questions.
  • Easy way to discuss with a Client for a job.
  • FnB Service will not send you a notification about these questions (no e-mails, no notifications), you will see only when you go down of your profile as a quest.
