Art 1. These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between the Food & Beverage Service, Sofia, Ilianci Blvd. # 12, District: Zhk. Nadezhda, Unified Identification Code (UIC): 201506472, represented by ECO-FORYPU Ltd.,
Hereinafter referred to like the ADMIN and the contractors/service providers (waiter, bartender, chef, hostess, housekeeper, security) here SELLERS and the parties who will order and pay for the services hereinafter referred to as the CLIENTS in the website www.fnbservice.events hereinafter referred to as the SITE.

1.) WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?
 –   FNB SERVICE PROCESSES MAINLY PERSONAL DATA THAT YOU AS A CLIENT OR A SELLER OF SERVICES, YOU WITHOUT A WITHDRAWAL IN THE course of BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS BY:

2.) WHY DO YOU NEED YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

“FNB SERVICE EVENTS” AS A COMPANY (ECO-FOROU Ltd.) PROCESSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

 

FOR CLIENTS

 

  • registration – it allows each Client to post a job and hire a Seller (waiter, bartender, chef, hostess, housekeeper, security) for a certain type of service.
  • create an account – The name of the company will be visible to any Seller who has a request for a service.
  • providing company information – in this way, the Client will receive an invoice from the Admin for the fee of 20% + service of the Seller.

 

FOR SELLERS
(waiter, bartender, chef, hostess, housekeeper, security)

 

  • registration – by using this information you agree to the Terms of Use and the Admin can approve you through which you can start creating your account.
  • creating an account – with the information provided, we send you an email for help and assistance in creating the account.
  • excellent profile – Only with a properly created profile can your services be requested by Clients.
  • viber chat – Online Chat – allows communication between you and Clients

 

The other purposes for which the Admin processes your data are:

 

  • Providing marketing and promotional digital newsletters, promotional offers; information on events and news in the field of restaurants, hotels, bars, clubs;
  • Assistance and support in establishing contact between Client and Seller if they have difficulties through booking.
  • Reported to the Sellers upon a Client’s job posting.
  • Client Alert at New Sellers.
  • Contact with the Client for comment and feedback after the Seller has performed the service.
  • Personal data are used only in the field of restaurants, hotels, bars, clubs.
In these cases, we process your data based on your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE button located at the bottom of the email or at the bottom of the site.
3.) What do we do with the collected personal data?
  • The personal data of each Client and Seller are collected in the system of the site www.fnbservice.events (WORDPRESS platform) and are used only for the purposes of the site, which are described in detail.
  • (WORDPRESS platform) passwords and personal profile information are supported by a Windows 10-licensed and IOS system.
  • Email data is stored on Google -gmail with the full security provided by Google.com.

 

4.) We do not collect personal information for:
  • disclose racial or ethnic origin;
  • children;
  • reveal political, religious or philosophical convictions;
  • disclose membership of political parties or organizations, associations for religious, philosophical, political or trade union purposes;
  • relating to health, sex life or the human genome;
5.) How long do we keep your personal data?
  • the personal data of Clients and Sellers are stored until the time they request the UNSUBSCRIBE.
  • The Site may delete your personal data if the Terms of USE are not respected. Deletion is via a warning email from site administrators.

 

6.) What are your rights?

DEFINITIONS

 

Art.3  – “Food & Beverage Service Events” is an online software platform for the registration of SELLERS (waiter, bartender, chef, hostess, housekeeper, security) and CLIENTS (hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs).
On the SITE may be registered individuals and legal entities, SELLERS and CLIENTS who develop and work in the field of restaurant and hospitality.
The SITE is managed by the ADMIN as an administrator and supervisory authority of all registered profiles. ADMIN has the right to approve, delete and edit any account if it is needed and it is against the rules of the SITE.
The ADMIN may modify the design, groups and background images of the SITE without notifying the SELLERS and CLIENTS.
The SITE is a place where loyalty and honesty come first and any inaccurate information entered by CLIENTS and SELLERS is subject to sanctions by deleting an account.
The ADMIN and the SITE do not bear any legal responsibility for the authenticity of the registered CLIENTS and the SELLERS for the skills, qualifications, and pictures of the SELLERS, for the conditions of the CLIENT‘s workplace.
Accessing, browsing or using the SITE signifies acceptance and consent of the user (CLIENT, SELLERS or others) with the General Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms or the individual terms therein, please do not use this site.

The meaning of the following words and phrases on the SITE:

 

  • CLIENTS – a company or a person who uses the site’s services to hire SELLERS (waiter, bartender, chef, hostess, housekeeper, security).
  • SELLERS – a dealer who offers service for various events – per hours or per days.
  • JOB – registered Clients (hotels, restaurants, clubs and individuals) who post a job at a specific position, price and location.
  • SIGN UP AS A SELLER – here everyone who wants to be a SELLER has to register and enter information in order to offer services.
  • SIGN UP AS A CLIENT – here everyone who wants to be a CLIENT has to register and enter in order to book services from a SELLER.
  • RENT A TEAM – You can request to book a group of SELLERS who are one team and can work together.
  • TEAM MEMBERS – SELLERS can add members and create a Team to work together.
  • FIND SELLER – detailed search for SELLERS from the map or setting precisely defined criteria – price, place of residence, category, keyword.
  • FEATURED – Here you can find SELLERS who have the best reviews, the most professionalism, the most services performed.
  • ASK US – you can leave reviews, recommendations, opinions and tips about the restaurant and hotel business.
    (you can ask about Partnerships with the SITE).
  • Frequently Asked Questions – questions and answers that can help you with everything related with the SITE.
  • HELP & SUPPORT – photos and text for registration of profiles, which outline the most important things for the registration of CLIENTS and SELLERS.
  • FAVORITE – all SELLERS that the CLIENT likes are kept here.
  • SCHEDULE (from a CLIENT profile) – all reserved SELLERS are listed here by date.
  • FREE hours / days – select the days of the week during which you can work hours. These are the days of convenience for every MERCHANT at certain hours. A CLIENT can see them after selecting your service in the process of completing the order.
  • BUSY hours / days – here are marked certain days of the year when you are unable to work for various reasons – birthday, rest, excursion, illness. A CLIENT can see them after selecting your service in the process of completing the order.
  • MY SERVICES – The most important part of a SELLER profile is the number and type of services. Each service has a cost and a way of performing and every service can be edited. There is an opportunity to add the service required by the CLIENT to be able to hire you.
  • JOB – post a job on the main page and SELLERS will be able to apply for it.
  • RESERVATIONS – shows reservations made by the CLIENT for each of the SELLER’s services. Here it can be traced when the ADMIN sent money to the SELLER after the service has been completed.
  • SCHEDULE – a calendar in which all service requests and orders are marked by date.

 

OVERVIEW OF THE MAIN TOPICS

  • Only registered accounts can offer services, order services, and post a job.
  • ADMIN has the right to send advertising or informational emails to all registered accounts.
  • Each SELLER or CLIENT has the right to unsubscribe from receiving information emails.
  • The registration of the profiles is done with the approval of the ADMIN, and each of the interested parties receives an e-mail with a brief description of the SITE activity.
  • All registered information of the CLIENT and the SELLER is used on the SITE for requesting and providing services.
  • SELLERS are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered on the SITE and for the ability to perform the services for which they have been booked.
  • SELLERS are required to correctly enter their account information and features in order for the system to work and for CLIENTS to be able to order services.
  • The Site has the right to invite every SELLER and CLIENT to create their personal profile evenly and by rules.
  • The site has the right to remove any account if it is not made according to the rules and repeatedly rejects the site’s recommendations for creating the correct account.
  • Any registration of CLIENT or SELLER may be blocked by the ADMIN if it does not operate according to the rules and policies of the SITE.
  • ADMIN is the contact between the CLIENT and the SELLER through the SITE, and for each service the SITE retains a fee (20%) from the CLIENT.
  • SITE does not take the FEE from SELLERS – (wihtout FEE)
  • Payment is made by PayPal when the CLIENT has declared the SELLER for a service.
  • ADMIN resumes the entire amount until the service is done and then until 24h. transfers the money to the SELLER.
  • PayPal keeps the fee for receiving the money.
  • The SELLER undertakes to register with PayPal where it will receive all payments for its services.
  • The ADMIN will transfer the money to the SELLER’s PayPal account.
  • Registered accounts may not offer or accept payments outside the SITE.
  • The CLIENTS is obliged to leave comments or feedback after each completed order by the SELLERS.
  • SELLERS must execute their orders and cannot cancel orders regularly or without cause. Canceling orders will affect the reputation, status, and deletion of their accounts.
  • Cancellation of orders by both stakeholders is only allowed under the following conditions (see below in CANCELLATION).

CLIENT – hotel, restaurant or individual:

1. Registration:
  • Obligatory registration for each CLIENT by entering common data, username and access password.
    Only registered accounts can post a job and book SELLERS.
  • The personal data entered are visible and used only on the SITE and for the general purpose of the participating users in it.
  • The CLIENT may choose different SELLERS according to the services and qualifications, the SITE is not responsible for their accuracy.
  • CLIENT and SELLER make correspondence with Viber Chat, which is monitored by the ADMIN, but THE ADMIN is not responsible for the correspondence between the other 2 sides.
  • The CLIENT chooses a service, time and date, which it will be orders only through the SITE.

 

2. Payments:

 

  • A Booking services directly from the Seller’s profile, the CLIENT will have to choose a payment method: only PayPal.
  • A Booking services directly from the form “Rent a Team”,an email or viber chat, the CLIENT will have to choose a payment method:PayPal or other payment method (cash, bank transfer directly to the Seller after the job is done).
  • For each order the ADMIN take a fee 20% from CLIENTS.
  • The ADMIN only withholds the money by transferring the money after performing the services of the SELLER. The ADMIN keeps the commission of 20% and then send the money to SELLER for the service.
  • The CLIENT transfers the money on the request (services + fee) to ADMIN’s PayPal Account.
  • The CLIENT is required to have PayPal Account.
  • Payments (money transferred for services + fee) are returned only and only when the SELLER fails to appear and his service is not performed. For everything else, as a quality of service performance, the SITE is not responsible and money is not returned. Тhe money will be sent to the SELLER regardless of the quality of service.
  • The CLIENT has to leave a comment on the SELLER’s profile for not good quality service.
  • The ADMIN has a right to delete SELLER’s profile after more than one bad comments.
  • Any payments outside the SITE are not accepted and the SITE is not responsible for them and the service provided.
  • Off-SITE payments are sanctioned by the ADMIN with deleting the CLIENT and the SELLERS accounts from www.fnbservice.events.

 

3.      Booking Cancellation:

 

  • YES, you have to check SUPPORT – “Booking Cancellation
    – Only 1 day after the booking the Client is able to cancel it.
     – 2 or more days after the booking the Client will not able to cancel it. The SELLER will do the service.
  • There is a FEE about “cancellation” – FnB Service will charge the PayPal transaction FEE.
  • Cancellation penalties: 3 times the CLIENT has the right to cancel orders and then the ADMIN has the right to delete the account from the SITE without notice.
  • A request cannot be canceled during the service provided by the SELLER.
  • Recommendation: leave a negative comment or review in the profile of the incorrect SELLERS. The SITE has the right to delete the SELLER’s profile in a large number of negative comments.
  • The CLIENT’s money is refunded if the SELLER cancels or does not arrive at the place of work.
  • Recommendation: leave a negative comment or review in the profile of the incorrect SELLER.

 

4. Other conditions:
  • Always leave the SELLER’s comments, reviews, and ratings, whether positive or negative. In this way, the SITE will be able to improve the quality of services or eliminate incorrect SELLERS.

 

SELLER – waiter, bartender, chef, hostess, housekeeper, security:   

 

1.      Registration:
  • Registration for each SELLER, by entering general data, username and access password.
    Only registered accounts can add services and be booked by CLIENTS.
  • The personal data entered are visible and used only on the SITE and for the general purpose of the participating users in it.
  • After registration, the ADMIN processes the data and approves the SELLER’s account. It receives an email with a brief description and approval to use the Services on the SITE.
  • The SITE is not responsible for the accuracy of the information in the SELLER’s profile.
  • In case of incorrect information and invalid qualification, the SITE is entitled to remove the SELLER’s profile from www.fnbservice.events
  • In case of incorrectly filled residence address, the SITE is entitled to remove the SELLER’s profile from www.fnbservice.events
  • After registration the SELLER has 3 days to start creating the profile (photos, biography, services, etc.), if this condition is not fulfilled, the SITE is bound to remove the SELLER’s profile from www.fnbservice.events.
  • The correspondence between SELLERS and CLIENTS is made only through VIBER Chat with the ADMIN and Q&A on the SITE.
  • The SELLERS are required to keep track of their emails and requests in their account at www.fnbservice.events
  • Upon receipt of the request, the SELLER is required to indicate whether it accepts or rejects the request. He is obliged to follow and observe his free days for services, and in case of regular non-observance of his free days the SITE has the right to delete the profile.

 

2.      Payments:

 

  • Payments are received only and only after the SELLER has performed the service (up to 24 hours after the service) on PayPal Account.
  • PayPal account – create your personal PayPal account www.paypal.com
  • SELLER’s profile – add an e-mail and name for your PayPal account.
  • Get money – after the booking the Client will send the money on FnB Service PayPal account, FnB Service Admin keeps the money until the job is done.
    After the job is done, the money will be transfer to the Seller’s PayPal account.
  • SELLERS have to send the INVOICE for the services to the Client’s PayPal account from their PayPal account after receiving the money.
  • FnB Service has to send the INVOICE for the commission to the Client’s PayPal account from their PayPal account after the job is done.
  • Any payments outside the SITE are not accepted and the SITE is not responsible for them and the service provided.
Acceptance of payments outside the SITE is sanctioned by the ADMIN with deleting the CLIENT and the SELLER accounts from www.fnbservice.events
3.      Booking Cancellation:

 

Conditions and penalties of Booking Cancellation;
  • After each cancellation of the booking, you have to give a reason for that.

  • Accept Cancellations:
1 day after booking ( you have 5 times and the profile will be DELETE)
3 days before the event ( you have 3 times and the profile will be DELETE)
2 days before the event ( you have 2 times and the profile will be DELETE)
1 day before the event ( you have 1 time and the profile will be DELETE)
– Failure to report to the place of work and failure to provide the requested service
(the account is removed immediately from www.fnbservice.events).
  • The SITE has the right to remove SELLER’s account in a large number of negative reviews without warning.
  • Any payments outside the SITE are punished by deleting the account.
  • If the SELLER does not complete the service, does not work the exact number of hours upon request, the SITE has the right to investigate the case and to reduce part of the payment. The other part of the money, the SITE has to return to the CLIENT.
  • All correspondence is made between the CLIENT, the SELLER and the SITE assumes no responsibility for the way the services and conditions of work are performed.
4.      Other Conditions:

 

  • Always leave comments and feedback for CLIENTS.
  • Always ask the CLIENT to leave you a comment, review and rating for your service. This will improve your profile and increase your requests.
  • When requesting services, you should request to describe in detail what work will be done and its stages.
  • Any payment that goes through the SITE account is recorded as an order.
