Viber Group Chat:

1. After quotation – the admin will create Chat Group between a Seller and a Client.
2. After Job Apply – the admin will create Chat Group between a Seller and a Client.
3. After Payment – the admin will create Chat Group between a Seller and a Client.

All registered Sellers and Clients agree to be used their telephone numbers in a Viber Chat ‘”Terms of Use”.

This Chat will assist each side in preparing and providing the service. The administrator will be able to answer ongoing questions related to all preparation for booking a seller.

If I don't want to use Viber Chat?

  • Each Seller and Client in FnB Service have to use Viber Chat, these are the Terms of Use.

When the administrator will use the Viber Chat?

  • The Admin will use the Chat to assist both sides – Sellers and Clients.
  • NO Advertise, NO Spam.

Can I use Viber Contact for Help?

  • YES, the admin will answer all of your questions.
