I have experience in preparing risotto, pasta, BBQ, pizza, lunch menu, ala minute, gourmet plates and foods, I have also worked in other small establishments besides the ones mentioned. I have a sense of the processes that go on in every kitchen. I know how to absorb new proposals, recipes and duties assigned to me by my direct supervisor. I am looking for a serious work environment, because for the last 7-8 years the kitchen has been my daily life and an environment in which I feel good.
